The video of the song shown above, I Go Chop Your Dollar, is a parody of how 419 scammers target and victimize white Americans who fall prey to this scam. The targeting and victimization of Americans by Nigerians and other West Africans have become so widespread that the media has made a point to televise its existence to warn potential victims.

Although there are some who believe that white Americans who are victimized by theses scammers get what they deserve, most, if not all will agree that victimizing someone because of being an American, a woman, a man, gay, short, bald, disabled or any other generally unalterable characteristic is morally repugnant. Crimes of violence committed against individuals based on unalterable legally "protected" characteristics are labeled “aggravated.” However, in spite of years of legal, political and social advancements leading to the promulgation of the Civil Rights Act and similar laws in the United States, there is still a group of individuals whose abuse is oftentimes rationalized in furtherance of the desire to make a profit.

I have so many questions I don't even know where to start: Why did it not bother the consciences of Allen Kaye and Harvey Shapiro to submitting a marriage certificate with falsified information to the United States Immigration and Naturalization Service? Why didn't the attorneys and the INS not immediately notice the differences in my husband's passport and his marriage certificate? Why, in spite of my supplying the Grievance Committee with proof that Jack Gladstein sent me a letter falsely stating that it was sent via certified mail and using my husband's fictitious first name did he not suffer any legal repercussions? And why did Judge Eric Prus direct me to file a notice of inquest to dispose of my divorce action without me and my daughter receiving any money from my husband when we are both poor? Why did he say that I was not getting any money even before being given a chance to do discovery on my husband? Why did he show me how to request a notice of inquest and not a combined demand for inspection of my husband's finances? Not only am I poor -- I received food stamps, Medicare and Medicaid from the government. Why would Judge Prus not want to make a decision that would ensure that I am no longer a financial burden to the State?

Unfortunately, there are still a few white people like Harvey Shapiro, Eric, Jack Gladstein and Allen Kaye who care so much about money that helping the client take advantage of a helpless black American doesn't bother their consciences in the least.  That my husband is also black is not issue -- during the enslavement of my ancestors, Africans sided with European slave traders to place my ancestors in chains.  The more issue is that these racist laws disregarded a poor, pregnant, legally blind black American woman as a worthless piece of garbage so that they could make money of of my husband.  They are the only onese who could have taught my husband -- and other foreigners, not only how to circumvent immigration laws, but how to pick out victims that will be easily ignored because of their social status -- the status of being a worthless schvartze who has no rights a white man is bound to respect.

Wouldn’t it be interesting to examine Allen Kaye’s, Harvey Shapiro’s, Jack Gladstein’s and Judge Prus' cases and find out how many African American women have been tricked by Nigerians (and other foreigners) into green-card-marriage scams and then quietly divorced while the United States sits quietly and does nothing?

The targeting and victimizing of unprotected black American women and their children as legal "expendables" by unprincipled attorneys of any ethnic or religious persuasion and the unprincipled foreigners who pay thousands of dollars for their services must end now! Justice demands it!
